Apreciado amigo:
Me dirijo de nuevo a usted para comunicarle que el Club de Mar-Mallorca ya ha publicado el Anuncio de la XX edición del Trofeo Illes Balears Clàssics, el cual tendrá lugar entre los días 14 y 17 de agosto de 2014 en aguas de la Bahía de Palma.
El Trofeo Illes Balears Clàssics, como ya le comenté en un anterior mensaje, se ha convertido en la regata de veleros clásicos y de época más importante de Mallorca.
No obstante, consideramos que, dadas las características y el prestigio de nuestro club, debemos seguir creciendo y mejorando para ofrecer a la flota mediterránea un acontecimiento de un nivel aún superior.
Para ello hemos optado por una fórmula abierta que incluye a las clases Época, Clásicos, Espíritu de Tradición, FI15 y Big Boats, con el complemento de otras embarcaciones que también forman parte de nuestra tradición marítima y deportiva, como son la Clase Dragon Class (casco de madera) y la Vela Latina.
Nuestro deseo es llenar de velas la emblemática Bahía de Palma y nuestros pantalanes con una competición técnicamente rigurosa y donde prime el buen ambiente marinero, tanto en la mar como en tierra.
Sería un honor que su barco y tripulación se unieran a este encuentro, por lo que le emplazamos a ponerse en contacto con nosotros para planificar, si lo desea, su participación.

Dear friend.
I address to you to inform about the publication by the Club de Mar- Mallorca of the Notice of Race for the XX edition of the Illes Balears Classics Trophy that will take place between the 14th and the 17th August 2014 at the Palma Bay.
The Illes Balears Classics Trophy has become the most important race for vintage and classic boats in Mallorca. However, we consider that, given the features and prestige of our Club, we have to continue growing and improving to offer to the Mediterranean fleet an event of a higher top level.
That is why we have chosen an open formula including Vintage, Classic, Spirit of Tradition, FI15 and Big Boats divisions, with the complement of other boats that are also a part of our maritime and sports tradition, like the Dragon Class (wood hull) and the Latin Sail.
Our wish is to fill the emblematic Palma Bay and our berths with sails thanks to a technically rigorous competition and where the priority is the good atmosphere, both at sea and on land.
It would be an honor for our Club that your yacht and your crew joined this meeting. That is why we invite you to contact us in order to organize, if you wish, the participation of your boat.
